Creator of Paris Perfect, further expanded to include vacation rentals in Provence, London and across Italy, Madelyn, grew up in a large American Air Force family with frequent overseas assignments, hence her love of travel. There is no insurmountable challenge for this entrepreneurial former investment banker with an MBA from Stanford University. Whether remodeling La Place Dauphine, a centuries-old hotel on Île de la Cité or cramming an overweight carry-on bag into the overhead compartment, Madelyn is an indomitable creative force. With decades of experience in sourcing and renovating exquisite Parisian apartments, her insights are second to none. Madelyn's guilty pleasure is browsing French auction house websites for quirky or whimsical antiques.

Tahminae Madani Founder, Property Search & Sales Director

Half American, half Iranian, raised in Wisconsin, Tahminae earned her degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Wisconsin and later an MBA in Fontainebleau France at INSEAD. She held various leadership roles in marketing and finance at American Express and General Electric, working in the US, Europe, Australia and Japan before following her entrepreneurial instincts to offer French mortgages and Paris property search to international clients. Network is everything in Paris and Tahminae has truly enjoyed forming solid relationships with the top professionals in Paris real estate and banking and for more than twenty years. She adores people watching in the Marais during fashion week and catching up with her clients to hear how their Parisian lives have developed.

Martin Heathcote Mortgage & insurance Director

Martin hails from Belper, England and studied engineering at UMist Manchester. He went on to work in Information Technology, developing banking systems for General Electric in the UK, Australia and France before joining Tahminae to create France Home Finance, one of the first English speaking independent mortgage brokerages in France. Martin has seen the impact of every significant financial event on French real estate and mortgage rates since 2001 - from 911 to the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy to Covid. He is uniquely positioned to provide valuable past perspective and future projection when advising on clients on their French real estate investments. A fabulous cook, he knows all the good markets, wine merchants and grocery stores Paris has to offer.

Roya

Loving furry friend, our office companion and beam of sunshine, Roya keeps us fit with frequent walks down the banks of the Seine and the Coulée Verte. An Italian Lagotto Romagnolo, her secret power is truffle hunting. Dog allergy? No problem, she is hypoallergenic and doesn't shed. If dogs are not your thing, just say the word. She will visit our building caretaker when you come to the office.
