Paris (75009) FOUND - Haussmannian elegance with Eiffel Tower view
After years of hard work and successful careers, our clients decided to retire early and embrace their dream of moving to Paris.
Our mission was to find a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Haussmannian style apartment with room for an office in a lively, but not loud neighborhood. It had to be located near green space for dog walking and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Our clients loved the Marais and Saint-Germain-des-Près but cast the net wider in order to have more space. We focused on the 11th, 12th, 15th and their favorite streets: rue des Martyrs in the 9th or Rue Daguerre in the 14th.
In a very beautiful Haussmann building, near the rue des Martyrs, we found their new home, a superb duplex apartment of 101 m2 / 1087 sq feet. It had good bones parquet floors, moldings and a fireplace but needed to be refreshed.
Best of all, it came with a long balcony offering an unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower and Parisian rooftops!
Our extremely organized clients confidently selected their architect and interior designer and had the final designs and materials selected and ordered just before the final act of sale.
The renovation went perfectly and was completed in only 2.5 months - on time and on budget at 1000 euros per m2. We are so pleased to see them well installed in their new neighborhood and living their best lives.
